Pedigree
Lukas was also produced from our very first litter, and is
our first home-bred grand. He has been a delightful cat to show,
with the ultimate showman personality. He loves to march around
the judge's table, flouncing his tail for all the world to see.
He was the Northwest region's 10th best kitten and 15th best cat,
for the 1997-98 show season. He was also the second best Somali
kitten at the 1997 CFA International show.
Lukas has been the "dad" to three litters of kittens for us,
and we are planning several more litters with him, before his
retirement from breeding, later this year. He already has his
permanent home picked out, as he will be going to live with his
father (GC, GP, RW Ciderhouse Tennison), and my parents, in
Lake Chelan, Washington.
Lukas recently moved to his new home with my parents, and
is delighting in rediscovering what it's like to be a kitten.
My mom is going to be showing him in premiership, so he'll be
appearing in showhalls once again. We're delighted that he
has such a wonderful "retirement" home!
It's now "official"... Lukas has just earned his third
title of "regional winner" in the northwest region, completing
the show season as the 9th best cat in premiership, for the
show year of May 2001 through April 2002. He is the only one
of our cats to earn a regional win in all three categories of
competition. We're very proud of him!
