Pedigree
TK is the only male in a litter of four red kittens born to Meghan and Kacee
in June of 1998. TK granded in premiership in December of 1999, and enjoyed
the showhall so much, that we decided to show him the last four months of the
season, as a grand premier, just to "see what he could do". He has been an
absolute delight to show, and has made many fans in the showhall, with his
happy attitude, and his purring and making biscuits on the judging table.
TK was recently honored as CFA Northwest Region's 2nd best cat in premiership,
for the 1999-2000 show season. We're very proud of him!
TK was most recently honored at the CFA International Show in Kansas
City, as the Best Somali in Premiership. In addition to that honor, he
was also the 3rd "Best of the Best" shorthair cat in premiership!
With the 2000-2001 show season just completed, TK has earned the
honor of being the Northwest Region's 5th best cat in premiership.
He has been such a joy to show - we will really miss having him in
the showhall.
Dec. 2005 update - TK turned 7 years old this past summer, and is now
eligible to be shown in the veteran's class, for those cats 7 and over. He
is having a wonderful time being back in the show hall again!
May 2006 update - With the 2005-06 show season just completed, we are
delighted to report that TK was the BEST veteran cat shown in our region
during this past season. He has no idea what all the fuss is over, about
being in the veteran's class - he was just delighted to be in the show hall
once again!
